A free call with the founder. We talk about the project honestly, agree on scope, and decide together whether this is a fit before any money changes hands.
Document collection
A tidy, shared folder for everything the application will need. Budgets, letters of support, past work samples, artist statements. Gathered once, reused everywhere.
Research and writing
The heart of the work. Funder research, application drafting, revisions with you, then a final read that treats the reviewer as a human being rather than a form to fill.
Submission
Every attachment checked, every field completed, submitted with enough breathing room to fix a portal error if one appears. Confirmation is sent to you the same day.
Tracking and decision
We follow the funder's timeline through to a yes, a no, or a request for more information. You always know where the application stands.
